Grybova Hata (Mushroom House) is a contemporary tribute to Ukrainian hospitality rooted in nature. Inspired by mushrooms – the restaurant’s namesake and signature ingredient – the space is crafted from just two eco-friendly materials: local travertine and textured plaster. Custom biotextile curtains grown from mycelium, furniture made in Ukraine, and lighting elements from recycled plastic reflect a deeply sustainable approach. This project celebrates regional identity through living matter, circular design, and local craftsmanship.
