The Surgical and Patient Tower at University Health Network’s (UHN’s) Toronto Western Hospital (TWH) is a landmark 15-storey, 370,000-square-foot project, enhancing TWH’s status as Ontario’s top Neurosciences Centre and leader in performing complex surgeries. It features 82 single patient rooms, 20 leading edge operating rooms, and progressive facilities to foster positive experiences for patients, visitors, and staff. The design provides calming, biophilic interiors, natural light, and inclusive healing environments, reflecting UHN’s commitment to comprehensive care and wellbeing.
