The three-floor fit-out of Club Batard in the historic Pedder Building showcases SA Project's technical precision and craftsmanship. The centrepiece—a dramatically lit spiral staircase—required exceptional engineering coordination and architectural finesse. Our team executed complex curved millwork, custom ceiling features, and specialised MEP integration throughout dining spaces and bars. The project demanded meticulous attention to heritage building elements while incorporating modern hospitality requirements, including sophisticated lighting and precision-crafted architectural features.
