Who says leather can’t be dynamic, versatile, and sustainable?
Tasked with designing a showroom in Manhattan for an innovative material, I researched Carter Industrial Company for their sustainable recycling approach. The heart of the showroom design lies in the concept of the "loop," symbolizing renewal and sustainability. I created an immersive journey using the material’s form in structural elements, lighting installations, and pathways. The showroom is an experience that showcases leather’s versatility. Other sustainable materials used include recycled resin, PEFC wood, and LED lighting.
