Entry Description

The starting point of this journey was to interpret the future of design for the Brazilian market, absorbing the uniqueness of the geographical space of the site and assigning a disruptive concept to the Era project - embodying one of the driving forces within Sunprime Empreendimentos' DNA.
The volumetric scheme allowed for the construction of 46 floors with 72 units, two apartments per floor, 1098m2 of common area, and a total built-up area of 21,000m2. Era will be the unimaginable amidst the ordinary.
