Although it's only a seven-story apartment building, we have invited the top structural engineering firm in Taiwan to conduct safety evaluations and designs at the highest standards. In terms of appearance and public facilities, we have partnered with the leading design firm, allowing the entire building to break away from the ordinary framework, transforming residences into eye-catching artworks. With a ceiling height of 3.6 meters, which is usually seen in luxury homes, even smaller residences can enjoy spaciousness without feeling cramped.
