Entry Description

In 2019, Unity called upon NEUF to expand its office space on four storeys of the Nordelec building. This heritage brick building has now been rehabilitated into a large campus of residential, commercial, and office spaces. Our designers drew inspiration from the local context to inform the organization of the spaces. Circulation is laid out after the manner of Montreal’s alleyways. The steel and concrete structure is left bare, and enhanced by natural light. On the upper floor, a multifunctional area promotes the organizing of events in a setting, which is open to the city.
