The series is inspired by underwater creatures through their body contours, dynamic curvatures, and gestures in actions. Extracting the abstract shapes, Jingtong translates and recomposes these shapes into a ring, a buckle, and a hairpin. Utilizing jewelry as an expressive medium, The series takes on the position of miniature sculptures on the body. Sculpted and carved in wax and cast in sterling silver.
