Entry Description

HANKOU 1872‧ GUOYUE is the renovation and transformation of the former site of No.8 Sinohydro Engineering Bureau, which was built in 1952 and included office and plant buildings. The former site presented characteristics of the times in its building forms and spatial layout. It was mainly brick-and-concrete structures, showing red brick walls, sloping roofs, concrete columns and other characteristics. The original spatial layout was symmetrical to some extent, and the scale of streets and alleys was pleasant.
