725 Ponce grew from our client’s need for an Agile workspace and an off-site meeting place on the Atlanta Beltline. Our aesthetic design choice was to use various natural, industrial materials to create a continuity between the interior and its locality. Pops of color from the company's VIS was incorporated to engage the brand. Flexibility was a priority for recruiting and retaining a new demographic of employees. As a functional response, we designed the space with 55% of it being collaborative spaces and the remainder, a mix of heads down and reconfigurable respite spaces.
For 44 years, we’ve worked with our clients to provide designs that meet their needs across the globe. This world offers no shortage of challenges, and our focus is on the individual needs of our clients. That means setting aside preconceived design ideas and putting forward groundbreaking solutions.
At Smallwood, our team is backed by decades of award-winning experience. We’ve managed projects across every design discipline, and we’ve done so with a dedication to precision and innovation. We believe design is a holistic practice that incorporates experiences from every step of the process.
