Space Needle

The Seattle Space Needle partnered with seasoned uniform designer Luly Yang for a new team uniform refresh. Working to innovate the uniform industry towards elevating style, performance and pride, Yang brought her experience in design, architecture, and her understanding of the human form, creating a one-of-a-kind uniform collection for the Space Needle. Garments were created for team members of various work groups: from outdoor and active valet attendants to operators of the 41 second elevator ride up to the observation deck.

Luly Yang is an internationally recognized Seattle-based fashion designer and creative director who seeks to elevate the human experience through innovative designs.

This mission flows through a dynamic portfolio of multifaceted operations that include Luly Yang Couture, her award-winning fashion house founded in 2000, that specializes in couture red carpet evening wear, bridal, and bespoke suiting; the Luly Yang Design Group that designs and manufactures custom corporate uniforms; and specialty lines featuring luxe accessories and ready-to-wear separates.
