The project metaphors landscape form of reclaiming land from the sea in history through techniques of land surrounded by water and greenland, and reflects the scene of working and living in the park and along the lake bank. Various functions contact each other through three-D corridors and runway in the air without obstacle and interact, forming industrial community with ecological cycle.
