The house of Tatreez and Tea is a cultural center designed for Tatreez and tea organization. The organization aims to document and preserve, the Palestinian heritage and folk-art, mainly the Palestinian embroidery in the diaspora. This center will provide the knowledge and educate the public through workshops and different events related to the Palestinian culture. Moreover, it will introduce “Tatreez” to both the textile and fashion industry. The site selected in Manhattan will allow to create a dialogue with other cultural centers around it.
