"Flow" is both an educational exhibit and cafe run in conjunction with the Sydney Festival focusing on sustainable practises. The cafe functions as an exhibit, eatery and exercise gym which offsets energy produced as a credit for food.
The concept was conceived with the exhibition space being the old industrial Carrigeworks in Sydney. The cafe concept proposes a new era of industrialisation where the energy we produce contributes to the world rather than taking from it.
