This case which is located in Guanxi Town is a 30-year-old town house. The main concept is a large transparent living room which is in the front half of the town house. The hostess with limited mobility can still face the busy street and chat with neighbors. The back half of the town house is divided by sliding doors. The original big kitchen and bathroom spaces are modified into a parents' bedroom, an accessible restroom and a small kitchen. At the same time, the corridor in front of the stairs are widened to serve as a space for the hostess to change clothes.
“The harmonious relationship between human and nature” is the concept Minature always persists. We are good at observing the surrounding environment around the building itself. We are also focusing on the plan of circulation and simplifying the interior space and figure. Within the Minature projects, we can see the flow of wind, the reflection of light and shadow, the green connection between indoor and outdoor space and the atmosphere of cleaness, simpliness and natural freshness, which are the essential characteristics of the Minature production.
