Entry Description

How will the Bay Area—a complex region—look, feel, move, and grow over the next 50 years? Emotive Brand partnered with SPUR, a non-profit public policy org, Art+Action, an artistic coalition for civic participation, and local artists to imagine what it would take to build a sustainable, equitable future from the ground up. The result was transforming SPUR’s regional strategy into a hand-drawn cityscape narrative that users navigate from ‘the ground up’. This reinforced core ideas of grassroots action, the seismic power of incremental shifts, and altering perspectives to see what’s possible.
