The project responds to the need for adaptable, high-quality workspaces in Tehran’s Iron Market. Using two 40-ft and one 20-ft recycled containers, a T-shaped office was created that is modular, relocatable, and expandable. A prefabricated roof system provided insulation and flexibility. Built with dry construction and recyclable materials such as steel, wood, and glass, the project minimized waste, optimized spatial efficiency, and offered a sustainable and aesthetic model for modern workplaces in industrial contexts.
