Ugaoo Flagship Store

As India’s largest plant nursery and gardening brand, Ugaoo entrusted us with the design of their largest physical retail experience. In response, we envisioned a biophilic, immersive environment that seamlessly blends spatial design with the brand's core values—fostering connection, curiosity, and a deeper engagement with nature. We believe this project offers a fresh and timely narrative about how retail spaces can evolve into community hubs and emotional experiences—especially in a post-pandemic world where human-centric design, sustainability, and well-being are top of mind.

Founded in 2019, by Shamna and Wojciech Stranc, Concept by SOWE is an international multi-disciplinary design studio based in U.A.E and India. We aim to establish a progressive and sensory experience through design. With projects across 4 countries and over 10 cities, our design process is collaborative, and we work closely with our clients to understand their vision and needs.
