MINATO, a teppanyaki restaurant in Wanchai, Hong Kong, blends Japanese aesthetics with contemporary design. Guided by the principle of "Ma" (ま), the space harmonizes individuals with nature through dynamic layouts and minimalist materials. Its striking black façade, framed by lightbox panels, conceals a serene interior with wood and stone elements. Guests explore themed dining areas inspired by Mountain, Forest, Stars, and Moon, each offering a unique ambience. Shoji screen panels and bespoke artworks enhance the atmosphere, creating a refined setting for an immersive culinary experience.

Founded in 1997 by Mr. Steve Leung, an internationally renowned architect, interior and product designer. With over 600 devoted designers and professionals, we are one of the largest interior design practices in Asia.
