Sydney House is a $800M, 50-storey tower redefining high-rise living in Sydney’s CBD. Rising above the restored City Tattersalls Club, it unites heritage masonry with a contemporary glass form, framing panoramic harbour and park views. Designed with wellness, sustainability and urban connection at its core, the project delivers 241 residences, a 135-room hotel and curated retail. Sydney House enriches the skyline with timeless architecture, heritage renewal, and global sophistication.
