Resonance is a renovation project in Anji, China, transforming six key spaces of an existing hotel into a journey of emotional renewal. Guided by my belief that space should listen to human behavior, the design translates user research into immersive transitions that echo psychological rhythms. Each threshold, material, and sensory layer is composed to release tension, foster reconnection, and align body and mind with the natural flow of Anji’s landscape. It is a philosophy of design as dialogue—between stress and relief, between culture and recovery.
