Entry Description

Imagine a space where creativity flourishes, where artists find affordable spaces to live and work, while transforming existing parking structure into community hub.
This project aims to repurpose parking areas with new function and meaning, creating an environment that:
-Inspires connections and supports emerging talent.
-Becomes a cultural destination that celebrates creativity.
-Provide essential creative spaces for artists while preserving the brutalist structure and tranquillity of the area.
-Demonstrate how adaptive reuse can turn neglected space into creative hub.
