UNIVERSUM MECHANICAL COSMOGRAPHIA SILVER

The HVILINA UNIVERSUM COSMOGRAPHIA collection is inspired by the romance of space and reflects humanity’s journey from ancient astronomy to modern scientific achievements. The design is based on a concept of merging stylized ancient and modern star maps. The ancient map is represented by a stylized 9th-century chart, implemented as a GMT-disk placed beneath the dial. Modern understanding of the cosmos is embodied in a miniature 3D planetarium. The watch is powered by a Miyota 9075 premium automatic movement. The movement’s sector has engraving of trans-Neptunian objects — four dwarf planets.

Hvilina is a unique brand of wristwatches from Belarus. The brand is based on the idea of a fundamentally new approach to the creation of wristwatches, to design, to their purpose. Our vision is that a watch is a unique product that lies at the interface between a functional gadget and an aesthetic accessory, at the junction of utility and elegance. In design, we strike a balance between aesthetics, style, and functionality.
