The project seeks to address gender inequality in a community long shaped by the bias of valuing men over women.By empowering women through cultural activities and hemp weaving, it fosters economic independence, societal recognition, and a resilient women's community. Inspired by the craftsmanship of Hmong women, the architectural design reflects the beauty and rhythm of weaving, capturing motions and intricate "negative" stitches. The building adapts to natural and seasonal rhythms, creating a dynamic space that honors tradition, nurtures skills, and empowers women to achieve lasting equality
