Zhougong Shan INT Conference Center: Floating Boat

The project site is low in the north and high in the south, with a height difference of 25 meters. Designer decided to adopt the form of earth-covered architecture. By sinking the building into the ground, it will "float" on the river bank, thereby reducing the excessive "intrusion" of the building on the environment.The conference hall with large space, large span (30-meter column-free structure) and "strict" clear height requirements is cleverly hidden below the ground. At the same time, a small building with a prominent sense of ceremony is set up above the ground as the entrance.
