Amidst the hustle and bustle of New York City, I envision places of harmonious sound-space relationships as my escape from the chaos. This collection was initially inspired by my frequent visits to Bethesda Terrace in Central Park. Over time, I built my connection to the space by hearing the ever-changing sounds of footsteps and whispers along the walls. With the idea of creating a uniform for these spaces, I studied my dressing habits, wanting wearers to find comfort in consciously dressing themselves. By creating a transformable uniform, wearers can escape to their personal sound space.
