This new life sciences workplace is a reflection of the client’s leadership and innovation in the life sciences sphere. The designers were challenged with creating a space that considers new ways of working to support flexible, hybrid work-styles where serendipitous collisions can occur, and foster community and culture. Cultivating a sense of community and togetherness was key–the client wanted a new space that incorporates their brand values and instills a sense of safety and hospitality. The design centres around the concepts of elevated experiences, the collective, and future forwardness.
