Entry Description

Located in the historic Poho area of Sheung Wan, this bespoke residential tower takes inspiration from the unique urban fabric of the neighbourhood. Comprising 13 boutique residential units (9 simplexes and 4 duplexes) plus communal areas over 23 floors the design draws on a traditional Tong Lau shop house typology and design language typical of the area. The modular ‘grid’ aesthetic and richly textured and articulated façade design is in keeping with the character of the Tai Ping Shan area. A stepped entrance and landscaped pavement design engages with pedestrians and the district identity.
