Tuba Villa renovation project
Tuba Villa is a renovation project located in Tuba town in Kordan, Alborz.
During the design process, we attempted to design the building both modern in terms of form and volume and rooted in the history of the region. Proceeding with the design from this viewpoint resulted in a modern villa with a touch of nostalgia.
Instead of utterly deconstructing the partial structure and unethical spatial composition of the previous building, we aimed to modify it, creating dynamic spaces.
The main material used in this project is brick, which creates a simple and clear form
