Ling is a mobile-based chatbot for Asian international students that offers real-time inquiry functionality and learning resources to identify and prevent discrimination and harassment. Ling connects users to their school’s trusted case report sources and provides a conversation-based approach to identify types of racial discrimination and offer support. Ling has the potential to make a significant impact on the safety and well-being of Asian international students in the US, where hate crimes against Asians increased by 339%.
