Located at the North-eastern part of Singapore, Punggol Northshore district is home to the HDB’s 1st smart & sustainable waterfront Precincts, forming parts of the latest innovation in Smart & Sustainable High-density Residential projects in Singapore. These precincts, Northshore Residences I & II and Waterfront I & II @ Northshore, incorporate design approaches and initiatives with the aim to transform Punggol Northshore into a living laboratory for smart and sustainable living.
