Floods and heavy rains can cause low-lying road sections of the city to be submerged, making pedestrians and drivers unclear about the depth of unknown waters, often causing vehicle breakdowns, pedestrian drowning and other accidents. "Floating Elves" is an early warning product combined with speed bumps to remind drivers and pedestrians to avoid deep water areas. When the external water pressure reaches a certain pressure, the sensor triggers the product, floats on the water and emits a vertical laser to warn people to avoid risks. It is usually located in the speed bump.
