Abandoned since 2001, The Statler was renovated and reimagined as a truly multi-purpose adaptive historic re-use project. The Statler houses a 159-room Hilton Curio Collection hotel and 219 luxury rental apartments. Building amenities include ballrooms, meeting space, restaurants, pool decks, and garage. The project reactivated a derelict portion of downtown and serves a connection between the Central Business District, Arts District, Farmers Market, and Deep Ellum.
