Diners are increasingly drawn to venues that do more than serve food — they want experiences that engage all the senses. Aether is designed for Chef Elena Reygadas to deliver just that, reflecting her vision of restaurants as spaces for reflection and connection. Housed in a former warehouse in an industrial precinct with limited views, Aether brings the outdoors in through light, reflection and greenery. The design offers diverse dining experiences centred around a double-void atrium that draws the eye up toward ‘aether’, the fifth element that fills the heavens in perfect circular motion.
