Entry Description

Oro de Oaxaca is one of the most iconic mezcals from Oaxaca, Mexico. For this rebrand, I aimed to capture the essence of its origin and production. The updated typography takes inspiration from the sharp, structured form of the agave plant—the heart of mezcal making. Alongside this, I designed a new label that reflects the raw, artisanal process the spirit undergoes, from the rugged production methods to the time it spends aging. This rebrand ensures a cohesive and recognizable identity across all of Oro de Oaxaca’s popular products while honoring its heritage and craftsmanship.
