Located in the heart of Vancouver, this 605,000 sq ft mixed-use project pairs a 57-storey residential tower with the transformative restoration and expansion of a century-old landmark. The development is an elegant celebration of nature’s cycles of change and the passage of time. Emphasizing natural light, it fosters mindfulness, human connection, and a renewed sense of place anchored by the revitalized First Baptist Church. Designed to LEED Gold, the project exceeds local sustainability targets while offering community amenities, affordable housing, and access to nature.
