New Ecotourism Concept - Biophilic Neighborhood of Rammed Earth Structures
3deluxe is developing a sustainable coastal neighborhood 60 mil. east of Dubai. Spanning over a mile along Kalba Beach, the project features 15 rammed-earth buildings, crafted from locally sourced materials to reduce the carbon footprint. Designed as a biophilic oasis, it includes restaurants, cafés, kiosks, public services, and e-mobility parking, surrounded by subtropical vegetation. This “Culinary District” blends established dining concepts with innovative ideas, making it a hub for inclusive, eco-conscious tourism.
