Great City Bay

Great City Bay in Shenzhen provides a glimpse into the future of living in the Greater Bay Area through a park-oriented, mixed-use, urban paradise.

The design explores the evolution of urban space and how it is bringing forth a new generation of built environments redefining how we experience and delight in nature.

The innovative biophilic scheme will become a 24-hour open urban space and a borderless commercial environment once complete. The design of the mixed-use development is set within a biodiverse realm of multiple forests creating an immersive and experiential ecological environment.
