Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a fast-paced environment where staff work together with clients to build sustainable competitive advantages, transform businesses, and achieve positive social change. For their new space, BCG set out to build a forward-looking office—a space that connects clients and staff and highlights their rich history and brand values—where employees can complete their best work. The team designed a destination workplace that is inclusive, bespoke, and high-performing that increases productivity, fosters a positive work culture, and brings people together to innovate.
