Entry Description

Yoyogi Sangubashi Terrace is a rental apartment located in Tokyo and was designed as a next-generation wellness housing where occupants can experience a decarbonized life.At the central courtyard, flying-corridor was introduced to reach each dwelling unit and designed as an open and unique intermediate space that house a daylight, wind, and greenery, which were also intended to take into the rooms facing the courtyard for improving quality of life of occupants.Eventually, high performing envelope and high-efficiency MEP systems enabled to realize both comfort and super low energy building.
