New high school in a rural agricultural community called the Salad Bowl of the World. It embodies the working heritage and the industrial aesthetic of agriculture. Classrooms are organized around a double loaded corridor with room for circulation. Multiple openings and wide stairways creates connection between the two floors and distributes daylighting. Wide corridors are intended to contribute to student life. They are designed like streets with recessed entries to classrooms, outward looking windows for displays and wall-mounted streetlights.
