The Hitra project finds the answer in reassessing the regulations by defining a new material that can extend its multiple features throughout the project, and its context, to achieve new characteristics following the principles of the integrated and monolithic architecture without taking a retrospective look at issues to address the programmatic requirement of the project.
Also, the handmade brick modules used in this project are recyclable, have minimum effect on the ecosystem, and are cheaper to maintain in the climatic condition of Tehran while supporting local businesses.
