In response to a developing client interest in traditional food preparation and an understanding of ingredient provenance, we have designed a pickling cabinet for our show space.
Demonstrating our aptitude for designing to a unique bespoke brief, the hand-oiled oak and patinated brass installation has been designed with the pickling process in mind and includes custom storage and displays for tools and produce. Crucial to the fermentation process is time, which speaks to LANSERRING design values of timelessness and heritage.
