We are all unique in our own ways while sharing a common humanity. We see life through our individual perceptions, but we can all experience love, grief, and loneliness. Our commonalities bring us together, and our differences create unique beauties.
While the shapes of our bodies are distinct, the foundations of our bodies are alike. I have used curvatures of ear, cheek, and jaw to design an earring that integrates both our commonalities and our individuality. To tailor a unique earring for each person, the base design of the earring is customized to the unique curvatures of a person’s ear.
