Having spent his childhood in rural Northern Italy, Georg Mühlmann developed a close connection to the natural materials around him. His family owned a forest and it was there that he developed his love for wood as a material. Mühlmann could be described as an expert carver, craftsman, sculptor, carpenter, manufacturer or furniture designer. But his philosophy always remains the same – everything he creates must be sustainable, crafted with local materials and be of the highest quality in order to stand the test of time.
