Alex Li (Qiuyu Li), born in Beijing, China, holds a Ph.D. in Art. He pursued his academic career in Japan from undergraduate studies through to his doctoral degree. During his Ph.D., he served as a teaching assistant at Osaka University of Arts for two years. After graduation, he joined a design firm in Japan, contributing to various visual and brand design projects. He is a member of the New York Type Directors Club (TDC), the International Association of Designers (IAD), and the World Design Consortium (WDC).
