The owner's unique personality and lifestyle, combined with light industrial style and loft elements, create a lively yet calm atmosphere. The renovation reflects the owner's pursuit of his true self: not to follow the trend. The designer transformed the original living room and dining room into a two-room, one-living room open plan. The addition of a bar enhances interaction while a separate entrance to the floor enhances versatility. In terms of materials, the combination of wood veneer and cultured stone reduces the use of paint, preserves natural beauty, and blends with the owner's style.
