The penthouse is a combination of 3 individual units. To fulfill the owner needs, a glass panel staircase is designed and built by the designer which divided the two floors into family area on the lower floor and the parent area on the upper floor. By combining two bedrooms into a walk-in closet and turning a bedroom to a study, the new master room is more functional. Designer created an open kitchen which linked with the dining and living area on the upper floor. The overall palette is connected yet the upper floor is more colourful while the lower floor is more white and warm colour tone.
