Due to increase in capital in Tehran, most interior projects are a product of demolition of current buildings causing negative environmental impacts. Site of this project was rented for a limited time. Minimizing negative effects of demolition through keeping existing walls, choosing recyclable materials, designing details easily assembled and disassembled that can be repeated in future branches were the main design issues.
From old days, Iranians have lived in spaces with separated private and public boundaries. A new transparent surface was designed due to social and cultural users’ needs.
