Caine Road Apartment

The 610 sq ft apartment is located nearby the SOHO area in Hong Kong. The original 2-bedroom apartment has transformed into a masculine and minimalist 1-bedroom studio with large terrace area.
The space is divided between a living and open kitchen area, and a large en-suite bedroom, separated by sliding glass doors. The open-plan layout and flawless white wall help to maximize the light from the rather small windows, and the glass doors allow light to percolate throughout the apartment. The grey palette pair with dark timber finish and white wall create a sleek and sophisticated bachelor pad.

Spatial Concept is a well-known design studio established in Hong Kong. Founded in 2012 by our design director Gary Lai, Spatial Concept’s projects cover Asia Pacific, United States and the United Kingdom. Gary has over 20 years experience in the design field, he worked in several large international architecture firms like Gensler and HOK before creating Spatial Concept.
